Gong Junliang, styled Gong Liang, or Qingshi, has ardently loved painting since young and been painting all the time from primary school to university, he is now a Hebei Provincial folk artist and craftsman (for inside painting). Gong Liang is extraordinarily keen on arts, besides studies and collects quintessence from elder inside painting artists; he also actively explores and develops new styles. He masterly applies the traditional Chinese painting skills into inside painting and paints freely on that small space. His works are with profound meanings, highly structured, lively and vivid. His works including Ma Dao Cheng Gong (success immediately after arrival), Xi Shang Mei Shao (happiness appears on the prune treetops), Qing Ming Shang He Tu (Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival) and Fu Gui You Yu (fortune and well-off) sufficiently represent the profound meaning and art charm of inside painting as a unique Chinese art. His works are widely appraised and collected by inside painting enthusiasts in countries and regions including Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
